WE ALSO HAVE A SPECIAL EMPHASIS ON ASSISTING STUDENTS AND SPECIALLY CHALLENGE INDIVIDUALS WANTING TO IMPROVE CULTURALLY. WE SUPPORT INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANIZATIONS PROVIDING BASIC ASSISTANCE TO SUCH PERSONS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A FOUNDATION ON WHICH CULTURAL ADVANCEMENT MAY PROGRESS.
