TO PROVIDE A FOCAL POINT FOR THE COORDINATION OF SERVICES TO ALL FAMILIES OF THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE. TO COLLABORATE, COORDINATE, AND NETWORK WITH OTHER AGENCIES THAT PROVIDE SERVICES. TO PROVIDE JOBS AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES WHICH ENHANCE THE LIVES OF PERSONS EMPLOYED BY THIS AGENCY.
