Subscription Series - Da Camera's 2022-23 season explored an extraordinary range of music, from outstanding composers of the past, to living composers who are breaking new ground today. Highlights included violinist Gil Shaham's sublime performance of Dvorak, the Houston debut of Ruckus and Emi Ferfuson, and Golijov's "Falling Out of Time." Our jazz series saw dazzling performances by Branford Marsalis, Cecile McLorin Salvant, and Christian McBride. Finally, in May 2023, Da Camera premiered "Unearthed," a new major work by jazz drummer and composer Kendrick Scott.
