Family Asset-Building and Other Programs: Promotes homeownership and financial stability through education and counseling. Services include homebuyer education classes, pre- and post-purchase counseling, foreclosure intervention, and matched savings opportunities. During 2025, Avenue provided homebuyer education to 734 households, supported 86 new homeowners, assisted 103 households in preserving their homes, and helped 3 clients access matched savings.
