Perpetuate the Omicron Chapter of Phi Kppa Sigma Fraternity at the University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma; to supplement the student members' classroom experience and contribute to their personal development in the areas of education, morals, manners, culture and philosophy by providing them a safe, wholesome living environment and culture in which they can thrive.
