IN OPERATING THE CAMPING FACILITY, THE CAMP HOPES TO OFFER THE CHILDREN IT SERVES THE OPPORTUNITY TO FEEL NORMAL AND LIVE, LAUGH, AND LOVE WITH OTHER CHILDREN WHO UNDERSTAND AND CAN EMPATHIZE WITH THEIR PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCES. THE CAMP INTENDS FOR ITS CAMPING FACILITY TO BE AVAILABLE TO CHRONICALLY ILL OR PHYSICALLY DISABLED CHILDREN AND THEIR SIBLINGS AND PARENTS. THE CAMP BELIEVES IT IS IMPORTANT FOR SIBLINGS OF CHRONICALLY ILL OR PHYSICALLY DISABLED CHILDREN TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO FEEL SPECIAL AND ENJOY A CAMPING EXPERIENCE WITH OTHER CHILDREN IN SIMILAR SITUATIONS WHO UNDERSTAND AND CAN EMPATHIZE WITH THEM. THE CAMP INTENDS FOR THE FAMILIAL CAMPING EXPERIENCE TO POSITIVELY AFFECT THE EMOTIONAL AND PHYSICAL WELL-BEING OF ALL THE FAMILY MEMBERS WHO ATTEND THE CAMP.
