THE CENTER PROVIDES LONG-TERM, POST-ACUTE AND RESPITE CARE SERVICES. POST-ACUTE CARE IS A SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION SERVICE PROVIDED TO A PATIENT FOLLOWING SURGERY, HOSPITALIZATIONS, INJURY, OR A DISABILITY. THE SHORT-TERM REHABILITATION SERVICES INCLUDE SKILLED NURSING, SOCIAL SERVICES FOR THE OVERALL WELL-BEING OF THE PATIENT, PHYSICAL THERAPY, OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY AND/OR SPEECH THERAPY PROVIDED BY HIGHLY TRAINED STAFF.
