THE FLOATS ARE ALL PUSHED BY PEOPLE, NOTHING MOTORIZED, AND THE MATERIALS USED IN THE CREATION OF THE FLOATS ARE RECYCLED MATERIALS. THERE IS NO ADVERTISING OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN THE PARADE. IT IS PURELY AN EXPRESSION OF ART AND COMMUNITY.
