The executive board is reponsible.For implementing the objectives of the association and may adopt policies and delegate power as it deems necessary and relevant as governed by constitution & bylaws of the organization. Union stewards are responsible for representational matters with grievances, and empowered to reach settlement in matters of dispute. General membership meetings are where members convene to discuss and debate matters to general welfare of all members.
