The purpose of these meetings is to:-Build bridges between community organizations, policymakers, governemental agencies, and community leaders to coordinate and amplify their individual and combined efforts on behalf of children and families.-Provide data that drives conversations and creates the foundation to achieve better outcomes for children youth and families.-Develop and support practices, policies and investments that are focused on what is best for our kids.Hosted annual Children's Summit, bringing togther 275 cross-sector leaders and community members to focus on steps we can take to improve children's lives.Developed and published the 2023 Santa Clara County Children's Data Book and distributed approximately 400 copies.Supported online data dashboard that disaggregates data by geography as well as race and ethnicity.Launched the Social-Emotional Wellbeing Initiative focussed on improving SCC children's, youths and families' wellbeing by addressing basic needs, cultivating caring communities, and family and community education.The Juvenile Court Aligned Action Network - Convene partners working with youth engaged in the justice system with the goal of improving education outcomes, including high school graduation rates for these youth.
