THE GOAL IS TO WORK IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE COMMUNITY AND THE BENEFICIARY FAMILIES TO PROVIDE DECENT, AFFORDABLE HOUSING FOR THE ECONOMICALLY DISADVANTAGED. HFHTC PARTNERS WITH QUALIFIED HOMEOWNERS WHO NEED HOME REPAIRS AND WHO WOULD NOT ORDINARILY QUALIFY FOR TRADITIONAL FINANCING IN THE CONVENTIONAL MARKET. THE GOAL IS TO ENABLE HOMEOWNERS THROUGHOUT TUOLUMNE COUNTY TO MAKE NECESSARY REPAIRS, INCLUDING; HOME PRESERVATION, CRITICAL HOME REPAIR, AND WEATHERIZATION THROUGH ZERO-INTEREST LOANS.HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF TUOLUMNE COUNTY (HFHTC) IS AN INDEPENDENT AFFILIATE OF HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INTERNATIONAL.
