Ayurveda is a unique and complete system of medicine that is particularly adept at bringing a balance in the body that leads a holistic health experience, and longevity. The conferences explored how the practices of Ayurveda add vitality to life from beginning to end and, when/if health is compromised, how Ayurveda's rejuvenative therapies can bring back health and well being.
