Equity-Grounded Leadership Fellow Program: Successfully completed Year 3 of the Equity-Grounded Leadership Fellowship with nine graduates, continuing to strengthen a national pipeline of behavioral health leaders. Enrollment of a subsequent cohort was intentionally paused in response to leadership transitions and program-related costs, allowing time for strategic reassessment and long-term sustainability planning.
