WE CONNECT WITH VARIOUS SENIOR CENTERS IN THE URBAN CORE OF CLEVELAND AND ASSIST THE LOW INCOME ELDERLY WITH THEIR HEALTH AND SAFETY ISSUES. CONSISTENCY IN SUPPORT AND EDUCATION IS OUR GOAL AND WE REACH OUT TO THE COMMUNITY TO ENSURE OUR RESIDENTS HAVE THE EDUCATION AND TOOLS TO KEEP THEM SAFE AND HEALTHY.
