THE FOUNDATION BOARD MEMBERS ARE ALSO MEMBERS OF THE BOARDS OF THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS TO ENSURE THAT ALL ACTIVITIES DIRECTLY FURTHER THE EXEMPT PURPOSES OF THOSE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATIONS.
