The Organization has one program with several activities including:Triple P Parenting EducationEducational activities demonstrated to prevent and treat behavioral, emotional and developmental problems in children by enhancing the knowledge, skills, and confidence of parents. All of this is done through a strength-based and self-reflective approach that builds upon existing parenting strengths. The flexibility and scope of the system enables it to be offered in a variety of settings with a diverse range of practitioners and target populations.CounselingCounseling includes work one-on-one, with families or in a group with a therapist, on issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, post-traumatic stress disorder, anger management, life transitions, substance abuse, single or co-parenting, divorce mediation, and other personal or emotional issues to help participants to move forward in life and reach their goals. Therapists are culturally sensitive, hailing from diverse backgrounds and orientations, who offer sessions in Spanish, English, and Arabic.C.O.P.E 4 KidsC.O.P.E 4 Kids include a workshop for teens that teaches emotional intelligence and self-regulation.Anger ManagementAnger management is designed to help individuals recognize and manage anger by gaining a better understanding of themselves. Participants learn to better control anger, so that it does not lead to violent outbursts or actions that are harmful to others.Supporting Father InvolvementSupporting father involvement emphasizes the importance of the fathers role in the childs life. Group meetings central aspects include access and improving parent relationship with children, and fathers role in building a system of relationships.
