To best explain the nature of achievements that are not measurable in a conventional way are as follows: During the past year there have been several changes in the effectiveness of this organization, Covid-19 related, and the local lock downs of public venues and events, with all of the complexities and concerns that accompany such an unforeseen situation. This was done out of consideration for the availability of personnel, resources, series availability, a large and ever growing Russian Speaking Population, that is in need of our services and programs, as well as a large and more active support base. During this same time period, we are working to improve and enlarge an already existing presence on the websites, on several forms of social media accounts, and to collect and organize vintage literature of cultural relevance to our clients and purposes. These same resources are made available for our client's use as needed, and as applicable, to be able to research and to deliver relevant and accurate information as required.
