UNDER NORMAL CIRCUMSTANCES, THE ORGANIZATION CONDUCTS THE FRIEZE EDUCATION PROGRAM, WHICH IS A YEAR-ROUND COMMITTMENT EXTENDING TO ART SPACES THROUGHOUT NEW YORK CITY AND BRINGS TOGETHER HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS FROM THE NEW YORK CITY AREA FOR REGULAR ACTIVITIES. AT THE FOREFRONT OF THIS PROGRAM IS "FRIEZE TEENS", WHICH INTRODUCES PARTICIPANTS TO PROFESSIONALS IN DIFFERENT AREAS OF CONTEMPORARY ART, ENCOURAGING UNDERSTANDING OF THE FIELD'S DIVERSITY-AND THE MANY PATHWAYS INTO IT-FROM THOSE WHO KNOW IT FIRST HAND. THE FRIEZE EDUCATION PROGRAM IS SPONSORED BY THE DEUTSCHE BANK FOUNDATION.HOWEVER, DURING 2020 THE ORGANIZATION WAS UNABLE TO CONDUCT ANY OF ITS PROGRAMS DUE TO THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
