Homeless women and children will be invited to stay at Lydias House on average for three to six months. While they gain job skills, secure long term housing and conserve their financial resources, they will be nurtured in a home where they are welcomed as honored guests. Residents will strenghten one another through the sharing of meals and other in-house opportunities. Residents will also be offered support once they transition into permanent housing, including housing owned by Lydias House at 4502 Carter Ave and 1801 Mills Ave.
