Grand Strand Golden Retriever Rescue Inc. (GSGRR) is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and placement of Golden retrievers into the best time as possible and ensuring their lifelong love and care. Once an animal comes into our program, he is taken to the veterinarian for a physical examination in order to determine the specific needs of the animal on a case by case basis. Once the needs are identified, then the process of meeting the animals needs begins. As soon as possible, the Golden is placed in a warm and loving foster home, where it will remain until a permanent home is found. The golden lives as a member of the foster family, and the foster is able to assess the animals personality. This is essential to the adoption process as it helps to determine the type of family that would be perfect forever match for the dog.
