Mission

COVID-19 brought an abrupt end to our program halfway through our first 2020 Trimester. In May 2021 a small staff of volunteers opened the office and organized some local day trips for our members. Our senior members were grateful to see old friends and participate in activities to foster their continual learning and enrich their lives. The day trips included: Glenview Clydesdales including a wagon ride; the Institute of Cultural Leaning in Harrisville; For-Mar Preserve and Arboretum and the Flint Farmer's Market; a Simon and Garfunkel Tribute; a Mio color tour and the Our Lady of the Woods Shrine; the Music House Museum and Chateau Chantel old mission winery; and the Broadway Musical She Love Me.
