In 2022, CIC excelled in statewide women's reentry and youth development programs as well as enhancement services to include family referrals to meet the program participant's assessed needs. We served over 100 women annually in reentry services with a recidivism rate below 10%. Additionally, we provided life coaching for 100 at-risk youth in Union County, resulting in zero involvement in the juvenile justice system. Our justice-involved youth program served 30 youths annually with a recidivism rate below 10%. Moreover, our foster care teen development program equipped at least 30 youths per year with essential life skills, including job readiness and interpersonal skills, with weekly sessions. Our programs prioritize life skills, interpersonal development, and pro-social skills, fostering resilience with evidence-based curricula. We focus on building positive relationships, enhancing academics, soft and technical skills, and creating safe spaces for trust, while offering meaningful opportunities for success.
