We rebooted our conference ministry in 2023 by hosting a single one-day men's conference in Richmond Virginia. It was a helpful and hopeful re-launch as many expressed enthusiasm about a return to pre-Covid conference ministry schedule in 2023. We also hosted a few tailgate events and other smaller gatherings but our focus is on re-growing the full day conference model.

Our service to local churches in 2023 consisted of in-person workshops for pastors and men's ministry leaders podcast interviews featuring pastors authors and ministry leaders blog posts including resource reviews and other supports and initial work for the launch of a new website that would go live in 2024. The Manger Build and Dad's Tools again served as great seasonal resources to equip and encourage men to serve as the spiritual leaders of their families during the Christmas season.

Individual church consulting in person via Zoom and or phone calls continues to be a hallmark of Noble Warriors impact. Workshop and training events with larger groups of pastors establishes relationships and credibility that facilitates one-on-one or church team coaching consulting opportunities across the state. The student engagement initiative at Southeastern Seminary gained momentum with additional students engaged in small group study especially in the fall following Noble Warriors visibility at New Student orientation. This work allows us to make long-term investments in churches as we engage pastors in training.
