AWARE WANTS TO BE AN INFORMATION ARM AND COMMUNICATIONS HUB FOR THE HUMAN RIGHTS MOVEMENT, WORKING TO HOLD COUNTRIES, COMPANIES, AND INDIVIDUALS, HONEST AND ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE HUMAN RIGHTS ABUSES THEY COMMIT. IN THIS SPIRIT, AWARE SERVES AS A WATCHDOG AGAINST CORRUPTION AND ABUSE OF POWER AND ACTS AS A CATALYST FOR CHANGE.

AWARE SEEKS TO RAISE AWARENESS AND BRING ATTENTION TO ABUSES OF HUMAN RIGHTS WORLDWIDE BY CHAMPIONING THE RIGHTS OF WORKERS, WOMEN, LBGT PEOPLE, AND OTHERS WHO ARE TOO OFTEN ABUSED BY THOSE WITH POWER AND MONEY. THIS INCLUDES SHEDDING LIGHT ON CORPORATE ABUSES THROUGH AGGRESSIVE SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS, DEMONSTRATIONS, PAID MEDIA ADVERTISING, MEDIA RELATIONS, AND OTHER ACTIVITIES THAT SPOTLIGHT THOSE GOVERNMENTS, INDIVIDUALS AND CORPORATIONS THAT REPRESS WORKERS AND OTHER PEOPLES. AWARE HAS BEEN FEATURED IN THE MEDIA, PARTNERED WITH OTHER LIKE GROUPS AND ACTIVELY PROMOTES POLICIES THAT PROTECT THE DISENFRANCHISED.IN THE PRIOR ADMINISTRATION, MORE ATTENTION WAS PAID TO HUMAN RIGHTS THANKS IN PART TO AWARE'S EFFORTS TO SPOTLIGHT PARTICULAR ISSUES RELATED TO CURRENT EVENTS. IN THE CURRENT ADMINISTRATION, GEOPOLITICS HAVE AFFORDED A RECENT OPPORTUNITY TO SHED FURTHER LIGHT ON HUMAN RIGHTS ISSUES.
