CONSULTING INCLUDES BOTH VIRTUAL AND IN-PERSON CONTACT BETWEEN SEVERAL TIMES PER YEAR, DEPENDING ON THE NEEDS OF THE LOCAL ORGANIZATION. TRAVEL REMAINED LIMITED THROUGHOUT THE FISCAL YEAR FOR VARIOUS REASONS, BUT THESE SERVICES CONTINUED VIRTUALLY. THE SERVICES THRIVE PROVIDED INCLUDED:- ONE-ON-ONE WHOLISTIC LEADERSHIP SUPPORT FOCUSED ON LIFE-WORK BALANCE, PREVENTING BURNOUT, AND CREATING HEALTHY WORK ENVIRONMENTS- STRATEGIC PLANNING- GRANT WRITING SERVICES- TRAINING IN CORE PRINCIPLES OF EFFECTIVE WORK AMONG VULNERABLE POPULATIONS AND HOW TO INCORPORATE THEM INTO DIVERSE PROGRAM MODELS- LEADERSHIP RETREATS- LOCAL NETWORKING, COMMUNITY-BUILDING, AND COLLABORATION OPPORTUNITIESIN ADDITION TO THESE CONSULTING SERVICES, THRIVE PROVIDED FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO PARTNERED PROJECTS:ART FOR CHANGE SOCIAL JUSTICE ENCOUNTERS FOR ARTISTSART FOR CHANGE (AFC) PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR ARTISTS TO ENGAGE WITH MARGINALIZED PEOPLE AND THE ISSUES OF SOCIAL JUSTICE THAT AFFECT THEM. IN FY23 AFC STRENGTHENED STRATEGIC RELATIONSHIPS IN THE NORTH OF INDIA. ASHISH FOUNDATION FOR THE DIFFERENTLY ABLED (AFDA) WHOLISTIC INTERVENTION FOR PEOPLE WITH AUTISMASHISH CENTER SERVES STUDENTS WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER (ASD) IN DWARKA, NEW DELHI. THIS YEAR STUDENTS TOOK PART IN SCIENCE, ART MATH, READING, TYPING, AND COOKING CLASSES ALONSIDE OCCUPATIONAL AND SPEECH THERAPY SESSIONS. AFDA ALSO CONTINUED TO DEVELOP THEIR STAFF AND FOUND WAYS TO SUPPORT PARENTS THROUGH WORKSHOPS AND ONE-ON-ONE MEETINGS.TRUTH CENTERED TRANSFORMATION RURAL DEVELOPMENT IN SOUTH AND SOUTHEAST ASIACONTINUED TO SUPPORT TRAINERS TO TEACH BASIC COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT SKILLS TO VILLAGES IN NUMEROUS PROVINCES. THE TRAININGS HAVE BEEN GOING SMOOTHLY.
