Empowering Youth for Success: Gentlemen By Choice (GBC) is transforming the lives of young boys from underserved communities through our dynamic L.I.F.E. (Leadership, Image, Financial Management, and Etiquette) program. Simultaneously, Ladies By Choice (LBC) empowers young girls to realize their full potential. These initiatives use a student-centered approach to nurture self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership, preparing the next generation to lead with confidence and integrity.............. Real Impact, Real Results: In the past year alone, GBC and LBC have positively impacted over 300 students by providing more than 300 hours of hands-on life skills training. With a 98% program completion rate, our students stay engaged and committed. 85% demonstrate fewer behavioral challenges, and 90% report improved social skills and peer relationships. These results are vital for students needing additional social-emotional learning (SEL) support.

A Personalized Approach to Growth: Our focus on each student's unique needs is at the heart of GBC and LBC's success. By offering tailored mentorship, we encourage students to take charge of their personal growth, helping them build self-esteem and resilience. With support from dedicated mentors-who often serve as role models from the community-75% of students have shown improvements in both their academic performance and emotional development............... Enriching Boys, Empowering Girls: GBC equips young boys with critical skills to succeed in life by fostering leadership, confidence, and self-discipline. The program emphasizes personal development through financial literacy, etiquette, and self-image, giving boys the foundation they need to excel both socially and professionally. Meanwhile, LBC helps girls embrace their potential by promoting self-confidence, leadership, and emotional intelligence. By addressing issues like self-worth, identity, and healthy relationships, LBC prepares girls to overcome societal pressures and see themselves as future leaders in science, business, education, or beyond.
