Program Service Accomplishments Raise The Barr RTB expanded its two-generation 2Gen program serving low-income single-parent students and their children across California and Minnesota. RTB supported its largest cohort to date, providing housing stipends, coaching, and wraparound services to promote persistence, academic progress, and family stability. The RTB strengthened data collection to track outcomes including enrollment, GPA, graduation, and program completion, with continued strong performance in student retention and housing stability.RTB also advanced partnerships with community colleges, public agencies, and housing providers to address systemic barriers impacting student parents. This included implementing housing stability strategies aligned with public benefits systems and continuing to refine its program model through cross-sector collaboration. These efforts strengthened service delivery and informed RTBs broader strategy to expand and replicate its model.
