THROUGH STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH OUR MEMBERS, WE WORK TO MINIMIZE THE TIME SOMEONE EXPERIENCES HOMELESSNESS IN OUR COMMUNITY.

CASE MANAGERS WORK DIRECTLY WITH CLIENTS AND COMMUNITY AGENCIES TO ELIMINATE BARRIERS TO ENSURE THAT THEY RECEIVED RENTAL ASSISTANCE QUICKLY IN ORDER TO PREVENT EVICTIONS.
