The Transitional/Developmental Program is a structured program where the veteran has timelines and responsibilities to perform work duties. As part of the program, participants are required to work with agencies to take advantage of services to help them succeed at overcoming what life obstacles they may be facing. Any gaps in services are identified and addressed while they live in a controlled enviroment.
