The number of first responders and their immediate family utilizing our therapeutic services increased by 44%. We added a full time executive director position and a full time program director to increase our capacity of both administrative/fundraising and programming operations. We hosted a 4-day training for 17 first responders from Summit County, Grand County and Routt County as part of the Peer Support program. Additionally, we supported over 500 people through on-scene and debriefing services, and added 4 new people to our volunteer response team with a total of 24 active members. All members have received over 20 hours of professional training. We provided support for 100% of critical incidents in Routt County (situations involving an unattended/unexpected death that Routt County first responder departments are called to). We created the High County Peer Support Coalition to bring together established Peer Teams so we can support neighboring counties. We are working with Summit County Law Enforcement to help build and oversee their Peer Support Team. We are supporting Jackson, Rio Blanco and Moffatfollowing critical incidents with debriefing support. We are building and overseeing a Wellness Program for the Steamboat Police Department.
