Addressing Immediate Needs - A strong foundation is the first step toward rebuilding a stable future. Our Stabilization and Reintegration Support services ensure that individuals can access critical necessities, including emergency clothing, cold breakfast and lunch, bus tickets, and essential employment documents such as identification, birth certificates, and Social Security cards. By addressing these immediate needs, we help participants overcome barriers, regain stability, and take meaningful steps toward long-term success.Skill Development - Building a Pathway to Stability. True success begins with a strong foundation of personal and professional skills. Our Skill Development program enhances mental and physical well-being while fostering essential life and career skills. Participants gain the confidence and capabilities to thrive through wellness classes like Zumba, soft skills, anger management, and computer literacy. Our employment support includes job application assistance, online job search guidance, and connections to staffing agencies and community programs, ensuring individuals have the resources to secure meaningful employment. By prioritizing holistic growth, we help individuals build resilience, improve their employability, and create a path toward long-term success. In addition, some of these participants in the case management program were referred to different programs and services in the community to obtain housing assistance, transitional houses, drug and alcohol addiction rehabilitation treatment centers, and employment opportunities. In 2024, 208 people utilized the Generation Diamond tattoo removal program to better present themselves to potential employers, 2,325 hygiene services were provided, and 6,666 cold breakfasts and lunches were served to individuals and provided by Little Caesars, Stephen Center, Whispering Roots, Holy Family/St. Vicent de Paul, Empty Tomb, Trinity Episcopal Church, Saving Grace, Jagged River Community Initiative.

Mental Health - Generation Diamond has a new partnership with United Healing Counseling, LLC. Maria Elena Correa with United Healing helps Generation Diamond by providing Trauma group therapy for participants needing Mental Health assistance. Classes provided were anger management, MRT, soft skills, meditation, computer literacy, and Narcan medication by O.NE Mentoring, DCHD, AIM, and Dr. Jeffrey Walker. The primary purpose by providing these classes is to help our participants integrate into our community faster and more easily.
