THE MAJORITY OF THE PAID STAFF ARE AREA HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE MUSIC STUDENTS WHO WORK AS BACKSTAGE TECHS AND LEARN THE ROPES OF MUSICAL PRODUCTION, INCLUDING LIGHTS AND SOUND. THEY RECEIVE MINIMUM WAGE TO HELP PAY FOR COLLEGE AND FUTURE EDUCATION.
