Featured Speakers at each event discuss real time issues affecting women within our community, and share how they have overcome obstacles within their personal lives and/or careers to inspire other women to ?Lean In? and do the same. These events provide an opportunity for like-minded women to gather, network, and inspire one another. Additionally, the organization mentors high school and college aged women on self-esteem, empowerment, and professional development.
