The Podera Teaching Assistant Program has benefitted from the grant by developing an educational loan program and expanded its geographical reach, established a program of scholarships for Venezuelan women immigrants in Peru that begun in 2023, and through strengthening the commercial and marketing strategy in digital media, training ambassadors and forming alliances with pre-K, schools and city halls to increase the number of trainees. Podera further developed its employability program in alliance with schools to facilitate the application to meaningful jobs for Podera alumni. Finally, Podera established an alliance with "Cuna Mas", a program run by the Ministry of Education in Peru. Satisfaction of students with the program is outstanding, with surveys showing 90%+ positive reviews of alumni on value of the program and personal empowerment.
