MOSAIC VILLAGE - Mosaic Village is an interdependent ecosystem of Mercy Coalition services all located within a city block in West Sacramento. These programs address food security, mental-health recovery, substance-use recovery, workforce development and trauma-informed care. Mosaic Village is an expanding campus of services for our priority population, featuring all the programs above plus an affordable-housing complex (currently under construction), a community garden, and special events aimed at creating restorative community.
