The student support program provides enrichment programs and activities for over 750 students at Sinclair Elementary. The program funds initiatives such as the Garden Program, Writers in the Schools, a book fair, cultural arts activities, an annual field day, and Rodeo Day. Additionally, the student support program ensures equitable access to off-campus learning by funding transportation for two field trips per year for all grade levels. The teacher and staff support program provides support for teachers and staff beyond what is covered in the school budget. This includes supplemental classroom supplies and instructional materials, periodic meals for teachers and staff, snacks for the teacher and staff lounge, and appreciation activities to thank teachers and staff throughout the school year. The community outreach program strengthens the partnership between the school and the Timbergrove community by hosting events that engage hundreds of families and local stakeholders, overseeing the PTO website, and hosting movie nights and dances. This program also facilitates campus beautification projects, including landscaping and outdoor maintenance, in an effort to provide a safe, welcoming, and inspiring physical environment and playground that serves as a focal point for neighborhood engagement and student pride.
