IN ADDITION, IT ALSO CONSIDERS AND FUNDS INITIATIVES WHICH ADDRESS EDUCATIONAL ISSUES IN OTHER PARTS OF THE WORLD. Catalyst's Platform for Education in Emergencies Response (PEER) Program which was created by the institute of international education (iie), and is an online clearinghouse to enable displaced students to connect with educational opportunities to further their education.
