SUITING PROGRAM - DFSRNN PROVIDES PROFESSIONAL INTERVIEW ATTIRE FOR WOMEN THAT HAVE SECURED AN INTERVIEW WITH A LOCAL COMPANY. DFSRNN ALSO PROVIDES UP TO A WEEK'S WORTH OF PROFESSIONAL ATTIRE IF THE WOMAN SUCCESSFULLY LANDS THE JOB. ATTIRE PROVIDED INCLUDED SUITS, BLOUSES, DRESSES, SHOES, PURSES, OVERCOATS AND ACCESSORIES. DFSRNN SUITED 189 WOMEN FOR INTERVIEW PURPOSSES AND 44 WOMEN FOR WORKING ATTIRE IN 2023. INCLUDED IN THE REVENUE AND EXPENSE ABOVE ARE 33,227 OF DONATED CLOTHING FROM THE COMMUNITY AND NATIONAL VENDORS. IN 2023, DFSRNN HAD OVER 2,500 VOLUNTEER HOURS.

FROM UNDERSTANDING CORPORATE CULTURE TO MANAGING PERSONLA FINANCES, CAREER NOVICES ARE OFTEN LEFT TO NAVIGATE THE UNWRITTEN RULES OF THE WORKPLACE WITH LITTLE OR NO SUPPORT. THE PROFESSIONAL WOMEN'S GROUP (PWG) BOLSTERS THE CAREERS OF SUCCESSFULLY EMPLOYED DRESS FOR SUCCESS WOMEN BY PROVIDING THEM WITH A NETWORK OF SUPPORT, PRACTICAL INFORMATION, AND INSPIRATION TO REMAIN EMPLOYED SO THEY CAN TRULEY THRIVE. THIS PROGRAM IS ADMINISTERED THROUGH MONTHLY DINNER MEETINGS IN WHICH A GUEST SPEAKER PRESENTS A TOPIC THAT WILL GIVE THESE WOMEN TOOLS TO BE SUCCESSFUL BOTH IN THERI JOB AND LIFE.
