The purpose of the Organization shall be to help those in poverty. The Organization will at various times adjust its focus to different specific ways to help those in poverty either directly or indirectly. Besides training and equipping trainers, this corporation shall provide at times direct services to those in need. These may consist of but are not limited to training (such as budgeting), mentorship, material provisions, housing and transportation: The corporation shall also attempt to help the poor through the purchase, repair and rental or sale of housing property. The corporation may obtain and use dba's that help describe any of its focuses. The corporation shall attempt to cooperate with individuals, groups, institutions, or organizations whose purposes are in accord with the objectives set forth in these bylaws. The Organization will operate in various ways to help the poor and may do so in any number of cities mostly in the United States but can also at its discretion help those in poverty in other countries.
