Mentor young adults on how to start their own business providing volunteer opportunities at assigned stadium concession stands with varied duties, as well as providing speakers from various businesses to teach and sharpen skills needed. We do not charge a fee to participants in the program. Our donors for our work training program pay our expenses to provide concession stand workers and management for our assigned stands and any training we provide. Each participant enrolled in this program becomes a program volunteer and may receive a stipend. There are not fees for participation.

Our donations increased which allowed us to provide more opportunities for more participants. We continue to recruit new people who want to learn how to start a business and learn the responsibilities from the least responsibility jobs to those of management though work experience in various types of businesses primarily stadium concession stands. The stadiums provide donations for manning and managing assigned concession stands. Each participant in this program becomes a program volunteer and is paid a stipend from these donations. Participation in this program is without fee.
