In 2025 The Clothesline provided 2,390 full wardrobes of clothing to low-income school children in Arlington VA up roughly 5% from 2024. In total these wardrobes included over 62,000 items of clothing given away completely free-of charge. Additionally we also include new underwear and socks shirts pants shorts bras and other items that kids need to feel confident at school and focus on their education. Kids pick out the clothes themselves by appointment in our attractively designed store that conveys dignity and respect to these families.
