The Culinary Institute conducted webinars for home health care works teaching them the basics of nutritution and diabetes prevention, diabetes prevention, diabetes management, and thriving with diabetes. Webinars were conducted in English and Spanish to better meet this underserved population with important nutritional information. Webinar replays and resources were made available for those not able to attend.
