THE GCC FOUNDATION ADVANCES ITS MISSION BY FUNDING AND PROMOTING THE GRACE CARE CENTER, WHICH SERVES HAMILTON AND NORTHERN MARION COUNTY, INDIANA. THE GRACE CARE CENTER PROVIDES ESSENTIAL SERVICES, INCLUDING A CHOICE FOOD PANTRY, MOBILE PANTRY, LIFE NAVIGATION, VEHICLE SERVICES, AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROGRAMS. THE FOUNDATION RAISES AWARENESS AND CULTIVATES DONOR SUPPORT TO SUSTAIN AND EXPAND THESE EFFORTS ACROSS CENTRAL INDIANA.
