Idaho Bankers Association is the trade association for Idaho's banking industry. Established in 1905, the IBA serves its members by enhancing their ability to be the preeminent provider of financial services. IBA's accomplishments include promoting a favorable image and understanding of the banking industry to the general public, protecting the industry against burdensome oversight, and providing assistance and resources to improve operational efficiencies.The IBA continued its Emerging Leaders Program, which began in January 2022. The program, meeting quarterly, graduated an additional 13 students in December 2023, continuing the success of the 21 graduates from the previous year.
