Our purpose is to engage in research, instruct and train individuals for the purpose of improving or developing their capabilities and educate the public on subjects useful to individuals and beneficial to the community. Dost means Friend in Hindi. Our vision is to get low-income kids school ready to increase their opportunity to escape generational poverty. We empower parents of any literacy level in India to take charge of their child's early development. We use mobile technology, research-backed curriculum, machine learning, and behaviour science to solve everyday parenting problems and nudge parents to nurture cognitive and socio-emotional deveopment in their 3-6 year old kids. Currently, we have supported 53,000 families in India since 2017 through our flagship school readiness phonecast campaign.
