WE ACCOMPLISH THIS BY PROVIDING SPECIFIC TARGETED EDUCATION AND SUPPORT THAT ALLOWS PATIENTS AND THEIR LOVED ONES TO TAKE PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR OWN HEALTHCARE. WE HELP PEOPLE REALIZE THEIR FULL POTENTIAL, DESPITE HAVING CANCER. OUR SERVICES INCLUDE SUPPORT GROUPS (FACE-TO-FACE AND VIRTUAL); EDUCATIONAL PODCASTS AND VIDEOS; BLOGS; WRITTEN EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS; INDIVIDUAL CANCER THRIVER CONSULTATIONS; PRODUCING PATIENT FIRST EDUCATIONAL CONFERENCES, CREATING HEALTH FAIRS WHICH INCLUDE CANCER SCREENING; CANCER CLINICAL TRIAL DEVELOPMENT -SPECIFICALLY BRINGING THE PATIENT VOICE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE TRIAL; OFFERING SPEAKERS
