FY25 Early Embrace Program Service Accomplishments From April 6, 2022 through June 30, 2025, Raphah Institute implemented the Early Embrace pilot program to expand neighborhood-based child care capacity and support caregiver entrepreneurship in Nashville communities. In the J.C. Napier and Tony Sudekum communities, 29 caregivers enrolled in training, 22 completed foundational training, 19 completed the full training pathway, and 13 launched as approved or authorized home-based child care providers. Under Tennessee family child care home standards, these providers represent an estimated capacity to serve approximately 65 to 91 children at a time. The program also delivered culturally and linguistically aligned outreach and training in the Spanish-speaking Latino/a community. Ten Spanish-language engagement events reached 59 caregivers and 210 children, and 20 caregivers completed the programs Spanish-language training pathway.

FY25 ARC Program Service Accomplishments ARC provided 635 services, served 66 new clients, and supported 80 case completions (including cases that began in the prior fiscal year and closed in FY25 after program requirements were completed). Case types served included vehicle theft, burglary, and homicide.
