The Bagley Bridge to Exit 8 Project started with placing of wattle so trees could be cut and stumps dragged out. This happened late in the year as we waited for Northern Long Eared Bats to migrate away from the area. This preparation work will enable us to build the trail faster once funding is secured. We also constructed a picnic table for placement on this project.

In 2022 Concord-Lake Sunapee organized five 5K events to draw people to sections of rail trail we have on the ground in multiple towns. Those who participated really enjoyed the experience with many entering multiple 5k's. NOTE: The excess of revenue over expenses is set aside in a Trail Maintenance Fund for on-going trail repairs.
As part of the extension of the Stevens Rail Trail section of the trail, we built a kiosk at the Hopkinton Library.
