Exercise and physical therapies developed and focused on individuals with MS. Exercise equipment, including adaptive equipment, is provided at NO cost for people with MS and their caretakers. Trained volunteers assist as needed. Our Director of Neuro exercise leads a variety of classes including cardio, HIIT, seated balance, standing balance and aquatic exercise, in addition to developing individual exercise programs for those with MS. Other services at the gym include Reiki, Thai massage, Nuebie electrical stimulation for muscle repair and strengthening, mini-trampoline rebounding, lymphatic leg pressure therapy, outdoor bike, walking and kayak groups, and other programs. Approximately 140 people with MS are served along with their caregivers. All provided for FREE through donations and volunteers.
