University Emergency Medical Response is a registered First Responder Organization providing 911 Emergency Medical Services to the UT Dallas campus. UEMR also provides initial EMS Education Services to UT Dallas students and the community. All courses are open to the public and are held on the campus of UT Dallas. In addition to this the North Texas Paramedic Education Consortium is a partnership between University Emergency Medical Response and Methodist Health Systems. The Paramedic program is the next step after EMT which helps provide EMS Education for area fire departments private EMS services and those wanting more clinical experiences as they are going into the medical field.
